Since billing is done at the Parent Level, How can I determine what the billing is for each child account?  I've tried using the GetAccountUsage API but that doesn't have any dates as part of the parameters so how do I keep track of the child account usage per my billing?

 This functionality is not exposed right now through the web services but you can manually retrieve this information through the detail page in the management portal http://nmp.nirvanix.com/ under child accounts.  I have submitted a request to include date ranges as part of GetAccountUsage for a future release.  Thanks you for this suggestion.

So what does GetAccountUsage currently retrieve?  Is it for everything since the account was created?  And until this request gets rolled in for a future release, do you do billing on the same day each month so I can run this number and record it?

 Here is a partial answer to your question:

 Billing is done every 30days from when the customer first opens their account.
