Is there an update/additional info on the file overwrite feature implementation?

 This is currently in development, we will be releasing this in a future update.  This will require an API change to add an optional parameter.  This parameter will be by default how the system works now and not overwrite.

I would definitely be interested in seeing overwrite made a high priority. Currently, the only way to compensation for duplicate http post uploads from the client is to check if each file exists, which really slows things down.
