Transcode error

    Transcode error

    I'm getting an error when trying to do a transcode.

    I thought I followed all instructions, maybe I'm missing something simple.
     

    http://services.nirvanix.com/ws/Audio/Transcode.ashx?sessionToken=<mytoken...>&srcFilePath=/Alan/c.wav&destFilePath=/Alan/c.mp3

    I'm getting the same error on video transcodes, same code was working yesterday.

     There was a configuration issue on our system that affected certain users in specific geographies for some of our calls.  We have reproduced the error and verified it has been fixed.  Please let us know if you experience any other problems.

    Ok, that's fixed but we now have 'Evaluation Copy' back over our videos.
