I'm getting an error when trying to do a transcode.

I thought I followed all instructions, maybe I'm missing something simple.

 We are looking into this issue.  I will report back when we have determined what the problem is.

 There was a configuration issue on our system that affected certain users in specific geographies for some of our calls.  We have reproduced the error and verified it has been fixed.  Please let us know if you experience any other problems.
