Is there a list somewhere of what formats we are able to encode to and from? I haven't found anything and  I seem to be having issues transcoding certain formats.

 It seems we are experiencing some issues with certain codecs.  We are investigating this right now.  Esentially our processing servers should be able to handle any inbound codec.  I will keep you apprised to our progress and give a full list of supported inbound and outbound codecs when this is complete.

 We have corrected the problem with the codecs.  Please let me know if you have any additional codecs that do not work.   If this is the case please provide the name of the audio or video codec so we can take a look.
