    Enhanced Media Transcoding

A new web service API methods in the video namespace was added to take video files stored in the system in a particular format and create new files in the flash format. This web method is simplified by using three specific "presets" that allow you to choose the final quality of the transcoded file (high, medium, low). All three presets use the H263 standard codec.

The new PresetTranscode WSDL may be found at http://services.nirvanix.com/ws/Video.asmx. More details about this method may be found in the API documentation.

If you would like to move to the SDN, please contact customersupport@nirvanix.com.
